Continue a Claude chat in Cursor without starting over

You spent an hour in Claude picking an approach. Auth strategy, API shape, what you ruled out. Then you open Cursor to build it and the chat is empty. So you paste a summary, lose half the reasoning, and explain the project again.

That gap is the product problem. Palim is a hosted checkpoint between tools. You save what mattered in Claude. You continue in Cursor.

Connect Palim in both clients. The hosted MCP URL is https://api.usepalim.com/mcp (or finish setup and use a Key). After a real decision in Claude, save a compact checkpoint: what you decided, what is still open, how you want to work. You choose what lasts. Palim does not silently sync every message.

In a new Cursor chat, ask Palim to resume, or search for the project name. You should get the outcome back. Not a dump of hundreds of prior messages.

Honest limits

Encrypted at rest for supported fields. Hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Not used to train AI models. Export and delete when you need. This is not zero knowledge encryption and not end to end encryption, and we do not ship meaning based (“semantic”) search. Cursor Marketplace is not claimed here until a listing is actually live.
